At Optimal Men’s Center and Optimal Health and Wellness Center, we’re not your typical medical office. We specialize in hormone balancing, peptide therapies, weight loss, functional medicine, and medical aesthetics, helping patients not only feel better but truly thrive.

As a family-owned practice, we opened our doors in 2020 and have quickly grown into two thriving locations. Our success comes from a simple philosophy: put patients first, build a supportive team, and create a rewarding, uplifting environment. 

We’re looking for a part-time Medical Provider to join our expanding team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a provider who is passionate about helping patients feel their best with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Hormone Therapy Replacement for both men and women, and Wellness Medicine .

Preferred Experience:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Primary Care: 5+ years
Hormone Therapy: 2+ years
Weight Loss: 2+ years
Functional Medicine: 2+ years

Role Details                                                                                                                                                                                    Type: Part-time, Independent Contractor
Pay: $75–$85 per hour
Hours: 8–16 per week with the potential of growth
Location: In person at the Goodyear location

Requirements

Must have a current unrestricted Arizona state license to practice medicine, along with a DEA license to prescribe. 

Preferred Experience:
